30 Day Comfort Guarantee Policy
The Letto 30 Day Comfort Guarantee allows eligible customers to apply for a refund of the mattress purchase price, subject to the terms and conditions below.
- Claims on the 30 Day Comfort Guarantee must be made within 30 nights of purchase. We will not accept any claims that are made outside of this period. Mattresses are only able to be refunded after they have been slept on for 25 nights and before 30 nights from the date of your delivery.
- This guarantee does not apply to second hand mattresses.
- The mattress must be purchased together with a Letto adjustable bed, package deal and not on its own.
- Cost for returning the mattress to Letto is at a customer’s expense and must comply with our couriers terms of carriage. These charges and conditions may vary from location to location and will be confirmed by us at your request. Alternatively, the mattresses can be donated.
- Limit of two mattresses refund within the 30 Day Comfort Guarantee period.
- This guarantee does not apply where the customer's dissatisfaction arises from a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or personal preferences relating to sleeping temperature.
- This guarantee does not apply if you decide that a split mattress system, including its inherent characteristics, is not suitable for your needs.
- The 30 Day Comfort Guarantee is a comfort guarantee, not a return and refund guarantee.
- The original reason provided when a claim is submitted under the 30 Day Comfort Guarantee will be used to determine eligibility. A claim cannot later be amended by replacing the original reason with a different concern.
- The refund payable under the 30 Day Comfort Guarantee is calculated by deducting the standard retail price of the adjustable base(s) from the Package Deal purchase price. The remaining amount represents the discounted purchase price of the mattress(es) and is the maximum refund available under this Guarantee.
